TAKE SIDES WITH YOUR WELL-BEING.

It is scientifically proven: a correct position of the spine is essential to avoid disorders, malformations and fatigue states.
Through an in-depth interdisciplinary analysis, our practice rediscovers and improves your natural "posture", which is the result of a number of cortical reflexes you learned in the early years of your life.

Indeed, we used posture to learn to walk, move and relate with others. Over time, however, posture is bound to face everyday’s physical wear and tear, work that forces us to fixed positions and any traumatic events that cause deviations from the correct posture.

Hence, to reach a state of full psychical and physical well-being, it is very important to correct one’s faulty postures and re-learn natural ones.
In this work of reconstruction, ergonomics, i.e. the discipline that studies the relationship between human beings and the environment (home, office, public spaces, etc.) also comes into play to fix the best conditions to work in.
The focus of our attention is also the so-called "seated posture", i.e. the chair, which must comply with some fundamental requirements, such as:
- being functional;
- respecting physiology of joints;
- being comfortable;
- being manufactured from fine-quality materials.
A good chair must stimulate voluntary maintenance of lordosis and discourage kyphosis.
